Job Title: General Manager
Location: North West London
Salary: £45,000 £55,000 per annum
Role Overview
As the General Manager you will manage the operations of your development and ensure that both the team and residents are set up for success. Youll be the go-to problem-solver, a master of communication, and a true champion of the company values.
Building Management
- Health & Safety:Youll lead the charge in ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a secure and positive environment for everyone.
- Asset Mobilisation:From setting up operational structures to managing budgets and recruitment, youll oversee everything that keeps the property running smoothly. Youll take pride in setting things up for long-term success.
Team Management
- Inspiring Leadership:As a mentor, youll guide your team to perform at their best and create an environment where they love to work. Youll coach, motivate, and develop team members to help them reach their full potential.
Driving Revenue & Success:
- Income Targets:Youll impact revenue growth by working with the Area Manager, marketing agency, and the wider team to achieve full occupancy and explore new income avenues.
- Market Insights:By staying ahead of trends and competitor activities, youll provide valuable insights that fuel our success.
Customer Service
- Residents First:Your mission is to make sure the residents not only feel at home but leave as the most enthusiastic advocates.
- Sales & Referrals:Your residents should be so impressed by their experience that rebooking and referring others is second nature.
Person Specification
- Experience in hospitality, student accommodation, or other property sectors
- Proven track record in exceptional customer service and team management.
- Financial responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Experience with CRM and booking systems.
- Resilience, adaptability, and an understanding of cultural diversity.
