Centre Manager (Flexible Workspaces) - London (Putney)

The Role

They are looking for an energetic and personable Centre Manager to join our rapidly growing portfolio in Putney. This is a front-of-house role that brings personality and energy to the centre, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all occupiers and guests. You will work closely with the Regional General Manager and the Operations Manager to oversee the site's daily operations, enhance occupier satisfaction, and help drive the overall performance of the space.

As the Centre Manager, you will be the face of the building, ensuring smooth operations and building relationships with occupiers and suppliers alike. You will be responsible for onboarding new occupiers, monitoring service delivery, maintaining compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve the space and services provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Occupier Satisfaction & Onboarding: Ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all occupiers, from their first contact through to long-term occupancy.
  • Supplier Relationships: Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure service delivery is consistently high-quality and reliable.
  • Sales Support: Assist with sales activities and give tours of the space to prospective occupiers, showcasing its amenities and available offerings.
  • Service Delivery: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment. Oversee the day-to-day running of front-of-house areas and ensure that all amenities meet the needs of occupiers.
  • Event Management: Plan and implement a variety of on-site events (e.g., networking sessions, wellness activities) that engage occupiers and foster a sense of community.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure that the building adheres to all internal and statutory compliance standards, including RICS, ISO, and health & safety regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review occupier feedback and building services, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of operational experience in a flexible workspace, multi-let business space, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster positive relationships with occupiers, suppliers, and the wider team.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic and approachable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail in report writing.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
