Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deli/Coffee Shop Manager to oversee operations at Terrys Deli . The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the deli, from customer service and staff management to menu planning and daily operations. With a significant growth potential in our fast Terrys Express food take-out operation, we are looking for someone who can enhance our offerings and drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of Terrys Express Deli, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
• Menu Planning: Collaborate on menu development, introducing new items while maintaining our traditional offerings.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage deli staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements:
