Resident Manager - London

We are currently recruiting for a Resident Manager position based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional who excels in customer service and is passionate about creating a positive living environment for residents.

Role Overview:

As a Resident Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for both current and prospective residents, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from the initial enquiry through to move-out. Key responsibilities include maintaining high occupancy rates, preparing properties to a high standard, and ensuring resident satisfaction across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main customer-facing representative for residents, managing their experience from enquiry to move-out.
  • Conduct property viewings and handle the reservation and onboarding process.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure properties are maintained at high standards, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Oversee the move-out process, including deposit release and utility management.
  • Support resident events and day-to-day office operations as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in line with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ARLA or equivalent property qualification (Level 3 essential, Level 4 desirable).
  • Proven track record in customer service within lettings or property management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems such as Yardi.

  • Problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Confidence in interacting with residents, management, and external providers.
