RELOCATION TO BALI: GENERAL MANAGER FOR LUXURY WELLNESS CLUB & RESIDENCES

  • Location: Global relocation to Bali, Indonesia
  • Salary: $5,500 net pcm (up to $70,000 net per annum)
  • Package: Monthly reward focussed bonus scheme, relocation allowance, flights home each year, food allowance, membership to the clubs, and more

Your Mission:

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will craft the success story of our client's retreats, membership programs, and F&B ventures. Lead with vigour to ensure profit growth, and elevate the member experience to uncharted heights, becoming the gold standard in wellness and social connectivity.

Your Tactical Field:

  • Drive the club's growth with a steadfast gaze on 5-star standards and glowing online reviews.
  • Identify and tackle inefficiencies with prompt, innovative solutions.
  • Master the financial pulse of the Club - from revenue streams to net profit - crafting and adjusting forecasts and budgets that fuel the Club's ascent.

Your Weekly Beat:

Analyse sales, gym, PT, and F&B revenues, devising action plans to overcome challenges and celebrating weekly victories.

Your Monthly Crusade:

Delve deeper with departmental reviews, crafting a sales and marketing blueprint that sets the stage for the month ahead, paired with a comprehensive financial analysis.
