Temporary Hostel Manager - Westminster

Location: WestminsterHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM)Contract: Temporary (1-2 months), with potential for extensionPay: £17 - £21/hour an hour

We are looking for an experienced Hostel Manager to lead a small team in delivering specialist support to vulnerable people with complex needs. You will manage staff, oversee client referrals and care plans, and ensure the smooth running of the service, based on a Strengths and Recovery Model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of 4-5 staff
  • Oversee client support plans, risk assessments, and referrals
  • Maintain high standards in housing management and property upkeep
  • Promote social inclusion through access to education, health initiatives, and more
  • Ensure safeguarding and adherence to health and safety procedures

Requirements:Leadership experience in substance use, mental health, or homelessness services. Strong organisational and communication skills.
