About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced General Manager to take full operational control of this established, high-profile Central London venue. Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence across all service periods, from brunch through to late-night service
- Lead, mentor and develop a large team across food, beverage and entertainment operations
- Maintain exceptional service standards while managing high-volume covers
- Take full P&L responsibility, including budget management and financial reporting
- Create and implement marketing strategies to maintain the venue's position as a leading London destination
- Oversee stock control, supplier relationships and cost management
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health and safety regulations
Required Experience
- Proven track record as a General Manager or Operations Manager in high-volume London restaurants and bars
- Strong experience in venues combining food, cocktails and entertainment
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple service periods (breakfast, lunch, dinner, late-night)
- Excellent financial acumen with proven P&L management experience
- Strong knowledge of London's premium dining and entertainment scene

Benefits Package
- Competitive base salary of 55,000-60,000
- Performance-related bonus of 5,000
