We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead a prestigious beauty salon in the heart of Knightsbridge. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the beauty industry and proven management experience. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the salon runs smoothly, delivering exceptional client experiences while driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the salon is neat, clean, and running efficiently.
  • Supervise and motivate the team, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Manage client bookings, ensuring the reception team is aligned and processes are smooth.
  • Handle hiring, liaise with the accountant, and review contracts.
  • Address client queries, providing open, informative, and candid communication.
  • Ensure any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly.
  • Take charge of marketing efforts, promoting salon services and treatments to grow the client base.
  • Learn about the salon’s product range and treatments to effectively upsell services.
  • Develop client relationships and secure referrals to earn commission.
  • Proactively handle daily errands and support smooth salon operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the beauty industry with proven management skills.
  • Well-presented, professional, and proactive.
  • Ability to promote services and upsell treatments.
  • Strong communication and client relationship-building skills.
  • Languages: English essential; Arabic and Russian are highly desirable.

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM
  • Days Off: Two days off (not Friday or Saturday)
  • Holiday: 28 days per year, plus extra for Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year's (1st and 2nd January).
  • Commission: 5-10% on sales and client referrals.
