Global Organisation seeks an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team based in West London. The Assistant Management Accountant would be a part qualified accountant with experience of taking accounts up to trial balance, posting prepayments and accruals.

Duties of the Assistant Management Accountant include:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts
  • Posting of accruals and prepayments
  • Update accounts payable ledgers with data entry of invoices
  • Prepare monthly accruals and prepayments
  • Process payments
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Regular interaction with high-net-worth individuals
  • Liaising directly with representatives
  • Ad hoc reporting

Requirements for the Assistant Management Accountant include:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience within a finance function
  • AAT / ACA / CIMA part qualified or equivalent is essential
  • Previous use of Sage X3 highly desirable
  • Ability to prioritise, work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate across all levels of the business
