Are you a part qualified ACA with first time passes in ALL your ACA exams to date? Are you an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior / General Practice Semi Senior from an independent practice firm looking to upgrade to a very good quality, traditional medium size London based accountancy firm and carry out a varied role consisting of accounts preparation work, tax returns and audit assignments? Are you keen to work in a very good quality traditional ACA training firm with excellent progression, training and study support for all your remining ICAEW exams? Your role will be split roughly 40-50% audit and the remainder of your time split between statutory accounts and corporation tax returns. You will also get exposure to advisory work as it arises. Based in a general practice role in a firm with around 50 staff, you will be responsible for preparing FRS 102 statutory accounts for a wide range of clients, as well as corporation tax computations and working on audit assignments and being trained so you can complete all stages of the audit process and lead audits yourself from planning to completion (full training provided as required). You will deal with client queries and also be responsible for working both by yourself and also in a team for various assignments. Your role will be varied, challenging and hugely enjoyable with great progression prospects on offer. In this new role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of UK and international clients, including groups, from sectors including media and entertainment, property, legal, technology, renewable energy, retail and other interesting sectors. The firm would look at a part qualified ACA with a minimum of 18 months to 2 years experience in a relevant mixed practice role, ideally from a small or medium size firm. You MUST have first time passes in your ACA exams to date. This firm has had great success with people who have trained outside of London and want to relocate to a London firm for the exposure and opportunities on offer.

To be considered for this new role (September 2024) you must have at least 18 months to two years experience, probably in a small or medium size accountancy firm with between 3 and 10 partners, and be studying the ACA and looking to move to another firm where you can finish your ACA exams and become fully qualified. You must be well presented, be a team player, and be looking to progress at a rapid pace.
