We are excited to be working with a growing real estate company that is experiencing rapid expansion, with turnover set to double this year. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a talented and highly motivated Audit & Reporting Accountant to join their finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and evolving environment where you'll play a key role in statutory and financial reporting, audit support, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and oversee statutory reporting and accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Produce financial reports, providing insightful analysis to aid decision-making.
  • Support the audit process, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective audits.
  • Maintain a strong control environment to ensure the integrity of financial operations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FRS 102 and IFRS.
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.

Key Requirements:

  • Newly qualified ACA (top 20 practice preferred).
  • Strong understanding of statutory accounting and audit processes.
  • Familiarity with FRS 102 and IFRS standards.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
