Are you an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior Manager looking for a real pathway to Directorship? Our client, a well-established boutique accountancy firm in Victoria, London, is looking for an experienced General Practitioner to support the Partners in managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients.
The Audit & Accounts Senior Manager Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to roll up your sleeves and get involved. You'll oversee the Audit and Accounts department, mentor the audit and accounts department, and ensure compliance is on point. The firm needs a pro-active leader who is receptive to change, full of ideas, and ready to implement them.

Who We're Looking For:* A seasoned Audit & Accounts Senior Manager ready to take ownership and drive the team forward.* Someone with a strong technical background and the ability to lead client audits from start to finish.* A leader who can motivate and develop junior staff while keeping compliance tight.* A strategic thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the firm and implement positive change.
