Role Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, including listed companies
- Lead audits from planning through to completion, ensuring regulatory and listing requirements are met
- Provide technical input and strategic support on complex audit and financial reporting matters
- Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders including CFOs, CEOs, and board members
- Mentor, train, and support junior team members, providing performance feedback and development plans
- Contribute to business development activities and identify opportunities for growth within your client base
- Assist with the ongoing development and improvement of audit processes across the firm

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Proven experience managing audit portfolios, ideally including listed clients
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple assignments
- Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and financial reporting regulations
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Collaborative and commercially minded, with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- £100,000 - £120,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent role
