A highly regarded and rapidly growing accountancy firm in London is seeking an Audit Partner Designate to join their leadership team. This is an opportunity to take on a significant leadership role with responsibility for managing your own portfolio, working with listed and complex clients, and shaping the future direction of the audit function.

As Audit Partner Designate, you will play a key role in managing a varied client portfolio, including listed entities. You will be responsible for leading high-quality audits, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and supporting the development of junior staff.

You will also collaborate with the wider leadership team to identify growth opportunities and ensure the firm maintains its high standards of service and compliance.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, including listed companies
  • Lead audits from planning through to completion, ensuring regulatory and listing requirements are met
  • Provide technical input and strategic support on complex audit and financial reporting matters
  • Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders including CFOs, CEOs, and board members
  • Mentor, train, and support junior team members, providing performance feedback and development plans
  • Contribute to business development activities and identify opportunities for growth within your client base
  • Assist with the ongoing development and improvement of audit processes across the firm

Candidate Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified
