A client of ours, a progressive and tech-enabled firm are looking to grow their team by recruiting for a newly or recently qualified Senior in their audit team, which will include managing clients from exciting sectors such as tech, media, retail and leisure.

There is a real sense of progression with this firm and role and they will always be looking to get you to the next level of your career by setting out a clear plan, with targets for you to achieve along the way.

Details of the role

  • You will run the audits from planning through to completion
  • Supervision of juniors within the team
  • Working on exciting sectors such as media, tech and leisure
  • Clients typically FRS 102, with some IFRS exposure
  • Be a technical resource for the team, or be in touch with Technical department to answer queries
  • Shadow senior management in their work to improve your skill-set

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally you will be fully qualified, or an ACA or ACCA finalist
  • Audit exposure of running your own jobs from start to finish
  • Be able to delegate work to more junior members of the team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and remain mindful of sensitive issues
  • Experience of working on numerous audit software packages
