Audit Senior - Top 50The FirmWe're pleased to be working with this well-established Top 50 firm, who are looking for an Audit Senior to join the team due to maintained growth within the firm. They've worked hard since their inception to be known in the market as excellent accountants and advisors, which has clearly been demonstrated given their status within the UK Practice market. They're looking to bring in a Senior who can uphold the values that have made the firm successful, and continue on that path.As a business viewed as a positive place to work, you'll be in good and supportive hands to help you progress your career and afford you highly sough-after opportunities at this stage of your audit career. The RoleAs an Audit Senior in this firm, you will be a vital member of the team, and your efforts will be noted. Taking responsibility for the audit process, you will be working across a wide range of varied clients, from legal and property, some household names in media and entertainment, to healthcare and pharmaceutical to name a few. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the entire audit process from planning to completion
  • Work directly with your clients with your manager/partner
  • Ensure professional standards are met and supervise and develop more junior staff
  • Prepare key client reporting documents
  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Some work preparing accounts and corporation tax work
  • Support, mentor, and aid in the development of junior team members
  • Assist client cash flows and business plans where necessary
  • Assisting with due diligence assignments when arising

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:

  • ACCA/ACA (or equivalent) Qualification
  • Good experience working under UK GAAP
  • Minimum 3 years of experience If it's a qualified senior role then they will have 3 years experience.
