• No Two Days Are the Same: You'll lead audits from start to finish, work directly with clients, and get hands-on with everything from planning through to completion. Plus, for smaller clients, you'll have the opportunity to prepare statutory accounts yourself.
• Collaborative Team Culture: Join a close-knit team where you'll have the chance to develop your leadership skills by supervising and mentoring junior staff, while learning from experienced partners and specialists.

• Audit Experience: You'll already have experience in auditing, with a strong preference for those with knowledge of the charity sector, but don't worry-training will be provided if you're new to the niche.
• ACA/ACCA Qualified (or close to qualification), with a real passion for making a difference through your work in the not-for-profit sector.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of accounting and auditing standards, with the flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of charity clients.
• Leadership Potential: You're eager to develop your supervisory skills and mentor junior team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service.
