Role Responsibilities- Leading audits from planning to finalisation
- Preparing year-end accounts and draft tax computations
- Reviewing and coaching junior team members on audit fieldwork and documentation
- Managing client expectations and dealing with queries in a confident, professional manner
- Ensuring compliance with auditing and accounting standards (UK GAAP, FRS 102)
- Supporting managers and partners with ad hoc advisory and technical projects
- Contributing to the development of the team and promoting best practices

- ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist level with relevant experience)
- Previous experience in an accountancy firm delivering audits to a variety of clients
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
- Experience leading audits and supervising junior staff
- Familiarity with audit software - experience with Caseware is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
