Role Responsibilities
  • Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, adhering to ISAs and other regulations
  • Developing and reviewing audit plans, identifying risks, and implementing effective audit procedures
  • Conducting fieldwork, including analysing financial data and evaluating internal controls to identify risks
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications, and delivering excellent service
  • Reviewing financial statements to ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant standards
  • Supervising and guiding junior team members, delegating tasks, and reviewing their work
  • Presenting audit findings and offering actionable recommendations to clients
  • Staying current with changes in accounting standards, audit practices, and industry developments

  • Requirements:
    • In the final stages of ACA or ACCA qualification (or recently qualified)

    • Proven ability to manage client engagements and lead audit teams
    • Charity audit experience (preferred but not essential)
