Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of NFP clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop an audit team, providing coaching and guidance to foster professional growth.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships, offering strategic advice and addressing any concerns.
• Identify business opportunities within the NFP sector to support growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives and business planning.

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience in auditing within the Not-for-Profit sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a commitment to developing junior team members.
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client trust and rapport.
