Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of NFP clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and develop an audit team, providing coaching and guidance to foster professional growth.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships, offering strategic advice and addressing any concerns.
- Identify business opportunities within the NFP sector to support growth objectives.
- Collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives and business planning.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Proven experience in auditing within the Not-for-Profit sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to developing junior team members.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client trust and rapport.
