Are you a Qualified Auditor, with experience working with clients in the Hospitality sector, looking for an opportunity to develop your career and upskill within the sector? The firm has won many awards across its Audit teams, and now has nearly 40 partners and more than 500 employees. The business is renowned in the market for its ability to offer top quality service to clients from all areas including entrepreneurs, OMBs, not for profits and private companies across the UK and globally. The external audit team has grown massively in the last 6-12 months, and as part of this the firm has restructured its Audit teams to specialise by sector, allowing them to hire this newly created role in Audit at Supervisor grade, specialising in the Hospitality sector.

Responsibilities:As an Audit Supervisor, you will…

  • Assist Audit Managers in the servicing of clients, including audit planning, reviews, audit completion, and attending client meetings.
  • Liaising with other service internally including IT Audit, and Tax
  • Supervise junior staff, and providing them with feedback to grow and develop
  • Assisting Managers on one off projects such as tendering for work, or research into particular sectors.
  • Lead on various non-client projects within the audit department. For example, this might be the creation of the audit intranet, development of job feedback system for staff, or development of videos on key audit topics to help explain our methodologies (all of which are projects previous Supervisors have owned)

Requirements:As an Audit Supervisor, you will need…

  • ACA or ACCA Qualification
  • Experience within the Hospitality sector (this does not need to be extensive)
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior staff
  • Desire to grow and develop your career
