This is a fantastic opportunity to advance in your career and join an innovative company. You will produce balance sheets for each service charge reconciliation and be the first point of contact. The Role:
  • Temporary for 6 months.
  • Salary: £75K- £78K annually.
  • Produce and review trial balances and resolve queries and issues within underlying accounts.
  • Produce balance sheets for each service charge reconciliation by the team.
  • Review reserve funds and sinking fund balances and prepare data for reports.
  • Complete statutory & regulatory reporting to HMRC.
  • Monitor key performance indicators on the project.
  • Prepare draft balance sheets for review.
  • Review and check all capping calculations.
The Person:If you are a Client Accountant and have experience with commercial and residential property types and have great attention to detail.
