Page Personnel are currently recruiting for one of our clients who are based in central London and are looking for an experienced Assistant Compensation Controller to join their team on a temporary assignment for up to 4 months to cover Paternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a keen eye for detail to play a pivotal role in the Accounting & Finance team, and will support in varied Accounting responsibilities.

Description
As Assistant Compensation Controller, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Support the monthly completion of financial reporting packages for each business entity, focusing on compensation trends, headcount fluctuations, and actual versus forecasted metrics across EMEA and Asia regions.
- Help develop budgets and forecasts for compensation.
- Contribute to cash flow planning efforts for legal entities within EMEA and Asia.
- Participate in year-end planning for compensation, coordinating closely with HR to manage timelines, prepare and reconcile bonus accruals, and conduct scenario analyses for executive review.
- Gather and analyse data for required PSA submissions to HMRC.
- Play a role in Finance Transformation initiatives, contributing to improvements in the global Finance team's efficiency and processes.

- Recognised accounting qualification with experience in a fast-paced, multi-currency environment.
- Undergraduate degree with commitment to ongoing professional growth.
- Strong prioritisation, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Commercial mindset and skill in applying financial insights to business.
- Advanced communication skills for creating insightful reports.
Job Offer
