Corporate Finance Accountant within a global MGA based in London that will sit within a close knit team within the wider finance function. As part of this team you will be responsible for the financial modelling and analysis of the business's M&A and investment activity - an ideal role for someone who has recently qualified ACA within Big 4 and has a keen in interest in investments and knowledge/experience of the insurance market.Responsibilities include; 
  • Develop and analyse financial models to assess potential investments, acquisitions, and employee incentive programs, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new investments and acquisitions while assisting in external reporting on performance across the wider Group.
  • Prepare detailed internal reports and presentations on acquisition performance and financial trends for senior management review.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support informed financial decisions and manage additional projects as needed.
You must be; 
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (NQ - 2 years PQE)
  • Knowledge of the insurance market and demonstrable desire to work within investments 
  • Strong interpersonal and senior stakeholder management skills 
  • Advanced in MS Excel
