Corporate Financial Controller - (Fluent English & German)
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days/week in office)
Contract: 3 months (possible extension)
Salary: 60,000
Huntress is seeking a Corporate Controller with strong accounting skills to join an industry-leading company.
This role is a great opportunity for a proactive, hands-on professional with expertise in both English and German accounting standards.
You will support financial reporting, statutory filings, and ad-hoc analysis, contributing to the accurate and transparent reporting that drives long-term growth for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in month-end and year-end close activities
- Perform accounting checks and support payroll and bonus calculations
- File monthly VAT, Intrastat declarations, and yearly VAT listings
- Support tax return preparations and transfer pricing documentation
- Participate in audit activities, year-end accounting, and preparation of statutory financial statements
- Analyse monthly P&L figures and support financial planning and compliance
- SAP experience preferred
Requirements:
- Strong accounting background
- Fluent in both English and German
- Experience with SAP and financial reporting
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex financial data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
