A well established and PE backed accountancy firm who just sit outside of the Top 20 are seeking a Corporate Tax Partner to join their expanding team in Central London.

As a Corporate Tax Partner, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and play a key role in the strategic direction of our corporate tax services.. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate tax advisory and compliance, with the ability to manage complex tax issues for a diverse client base. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide innovative tax solutions while ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the corporate tax team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Oversee the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a portfolio of clients across various industries.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.
  • Stay abreast of changes in UK tax legislation and ensure clients are informed of relevant developments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all corporate tax matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide holistic solutions to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the firm's corporate tax services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ACA and/or CTA qualified.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate tax.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio, including multinational corporations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated business development skills and a track record of contributing to revenue growth.
