Corporate Tax Solicitor (1 - 2 PQE) sought for the Legal 500 ranked Private Client Department of a leading International law firm.

The Firm

Our client is a market leading International law firm with unmatched expertise in their field. The firm has supported some of the world's most remarkable people and organisations, having acted for a significant proportion of the top 100 UK 'Sunday Times Rich List'. The firm also advises government bodies, charities, global brands and start-ups of all shapes and sizes.

The Private Client team supports entrepreneurs, founders and owners of private capital worldwide in preserving their wealth. The department advises on all aspects of investment and business both nationally and internationally, with offices across the globe. Clients include privately owned businesses within numerous sectors, including retail, information technology, media and telecoms, and financial institutions.

The Role

Due to growth, our client have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join their team. This role will see the successful Corporate Tax Solicitor take on a project-leading and client-facing position, working for companies as well as entrepreneurs and founders.

The successful individual will preferably have gained Corporate Tax experience within a leading international law firm. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Tax Solicitor to develop their career within a thriving department, amongst some of the UK's most respected Private Wealth and Tax Solicitors.

Requirements

  • Be admitted to practice in England & Wales (1 - 2 PQE)
  • Experience in providing UK tax advice for international and domestic businesses
  • Demonstrable experience working on tax aspects of corporate or transactional matters
  • Recent cross-border corporate tax structuring experience
  • Experience drafting tax deeds and warranties
