a Management Accountant/Financial Controller to join its team ASAP!
This is a hybrid working role, 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
As Management Accountant/Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making
- Producing month end and year end journals, reconciliations
- Preparing annual statutory and monthly management accounts
- Contributing to annual budgeting and planning process
- Managing capital expenditure
- Producing financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
- Running monthly payroll using Sage 50 and submitting pensions to Aviva
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations
- Leading, managing, guiding and motivating a finance team
- Qualified/part qualified in ACCA or CIMA
- Experience from similarposition
- Can do Payroll using Sage 50 and submitpension to Aviva
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Experience managing a finance team
