Candidate profile
- A qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Proven track record working with senior executives (e.g., CEO, Trustees, Directors) and managing audit preparation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Expertise in strategic and operational financial management, ensuring robust and compliant systems.
- Experience managing IT resources and providing strategic advice to senior leaders.
- Experience in operating a 501(c)3 charity.
- Respect for diversity and inclusion, with practical ideas for implementation.
