Candidate profile

  • A qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Proven track record working with senior executives (e.g., CEO, Trustees, Directors) and managing audit preparation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
  • Expertise in strategic and operational financial management, ensuring robust and compliant systems.
  • Experience managing IT resources and providing strategic advice to senior leaders.
  • Experience in operating a 501(c)3 charity.
  • Respect for diversity and inclusion, with practical ideas for implementation.
