They are now seeking an International Tax and Treasury Director to join a dynamic and growing finance function to manage the group's international tax and treasury matters as they are gearing up for an IPO on medium-term horizon.

Reporting to the CFO, you will act as a true commercial business partner for strategic change, and support in advising internal and external decision makers as they set focus and strategy.

About You:

  • 5-7 years' experience in a Senior/Head of/Director of Tax position
  • ACA qualified tax professional or equivalent
  • Experience with UK and international corporate tax
  • Experience with US taxation and compliance is essential
  • Strong communication skills to liaise and manage international and external stakeholders, including international advisors.
  • Exposure to treasury management.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of outsourced corporate tax compliance and accountability for all corporate tax issues in the UK, US, and European entities.
  • Management of US tax matters for a foreign entity.
  • Preparation of tax-related disclosures in statutory accounts, group IFRS reporting, and review of tax provision calculations provided by external consultants.
  • Responsibility for group transfer pricing policies and documentation.
  • Oversight of indirect tax compliance and reporting, including management of US sales tax compliance for a foreign entity with an outsourced provider.
  • Assisting with corporate and indirect tax audits.
  • Preparing tax forecasts and budgets.
  • Providing assistance with employment tax matters, including managing off-payroll arrangements.
  • Managing group treasury function, including banking processes and FX hedging strategy,
  • Assisting legal team on corporate matters.
