Divisional Accountant
My client is a Local Authority in Central London who are looking to appoint a talented Divisional Accountant on a Contract basis
What's on offer:
- Salary: 350 - 450 per day, inside IR35.
- Remote/Hybrid working
- Contract type: Contract (36 hrs a week)
- Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
About the role:
Based in London Bridge - Responsibilities include:
- Coordination of data for the medium term financial strategy.
- Support for Senior Finance Manager in preparing the Medium-Term Financial Strategy.
- Ensuring revenue and capital budgets are in line with service objectives.
- Timely and accurate monitoring of capital and revenue budgets and appropriate action taken of significant variances.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Qualified Accountant (CCAB) or Part qualified with relevant CPD.
- Detailed, up-to-date knowledge of all relevant aspects of Local Government finance including Local Authority accounting.
