Greenwell Gleeson is working exclusively to recruit a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to help drive operational performance improvement for a stand alone division of an listed group. Reporting directly to the MD, the role holder will be tasked with* Being the key finance business partner for the business* Supporting the production of the monthly results and subsequent reporting packs* Ownership of the monthly forecasting and annual business planning process for multiple projects* Supporting FD and Senior Management to drive commercial performance and better decision making* Provide detailed analysis to understand business drivers and identify project risk* Support Bids and Tenders and post completion project review.* Challenging the status quo and helping devise and implement strategies to drive business improvements and cost efficiencies.
