Goodman Masson are partnered with a well renowned UK charity to recruit for a Finance Business Partner.

Working alongside various areas of the organisation, you will provide support in achieving financial and strategic objectives through the provision of high-quality financial management and advice.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Business Partner with senior leaders and budget holders to provide expert financial advise
  • Work with senior management team to produce budgets and forecasts
  • Provide financial information and reports to various teams for budget setting and forecasting
  • Consolidate budget and forecast results as well as reviewing and challenging results with budget holders
  • Support business areas with month end and year end processes
  • Prepare written commentary for management accounts, including variance analysis
  • Develop reporting and commentary on key performance issues

Essentials:

  • CCAB Qualified Accountant or minimum exam qualified
  • Ability to explain financial information to non-finance audiences
  • Experience across management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

Salary is £50,000 - £52,000 Depending on Experience.
