Job Description: We are looking for a Finance Systems Manager with a strong background in Yardi or financial systems implementation. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in managing and optimizing financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of financial systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve system efficiencies.
- Provide expert guidance on financial systems, including Yardi, to support business operations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train and support team members on the use of financial systems.
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience with Yardi or other financial systems implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
