A Global Commercial Real Estate Brokerage are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their friendly team to support the Company’s expansion internationally!

You will work closely with the financial controller in the UK to oversee and manage the company’s growing international finance and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
As a Financial Accountant, you will…
- Support the financial controller with all accounting matters in EMEA and APAC including preparation of management accounts, corporate accounts, invoicing, accounts payable, expense reporting, regulatory returns, VAT returns, tax returns, etc.
- Prepare UK and international statutory accounts, including small group consolidated accounts.
- Manage the accounts receivable process, including drafting client invoices, monitoring and managing the payment of invoices, coordinating efforts with the US accounting team, and ensuring accurate revenue reporting is in line with the Company’s policies.
- Ensure intercompany balances are reviewed and cleared on a regular basis.
- Ensure payments are related journal entries are completed and communicated properly.
Requirements:

- ACA Qualified
- Proficient in IFRS and UK GAAP and experience in US GAAP.
