Meraki Talent is partnering with a boutique asset management firm to recruit a Financial Accountant on a rolling contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong background in financial services, asset management, wealth management, or investment management to join a dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare year-end financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP.
  • Support the month-end and management accounting process when required.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/UK GAAP).
  • Experience within financial services, asset management, private equity, or hedge funds.
  • Hands-on experience with year-end financial reporting and management accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
