Meraki Talent is seeking a Financial Accountant for a boutique asset management firm on a rolling contract basis.
The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant with experience in financial services, asset management, or investment management.
Key responsibilities include preparing year-end financial statements, supporting month-end processes, and collaborating with external auditors.
Candidates must have post-qualification experience and strong technical knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP.
The position offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Meraki Talent is partnering with a boutique asset management firm to recruit a Financial Accountant on a rolling contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong background in financial services, asset management, wealth management, or investment management to join a dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare year-end financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP.
Support the month-end and management accounting process when required.
Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/UK GAAP).
Experience within financial services, asset management, private equity, or hedge funds.
Hands-on experience with year-end financial reporting and management accounts.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
