Robert Half are looking for a Newly Qualified Auditor from practice, to join a Large Advertising Agency, who are a subsidiary of one of the Big 4 in the Advertising industry, as a Financial Accountant. Paying £55k and based in Central London with hybrid working, this role will have a particular emphasis on revenue (Revenue Recognition and Revenue Controls) and compliance. This is an opportunity to join a creative business within a large finance team where there will be opportunities for progression.
The Role
- The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely, accurate, and relevant delivery of revenue information and insights from the Commercial team.
- Consolidate revenue data for actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- As the key point of contact for auditors, you will handle all audits, including statutory, SOX, and internal audits.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of key revenue-related controls, such as revenue recognition, debtors, accrued income, WIP, and deferred income, while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with Commercial Finance teams to ensure they understand their responsibilities and deadlines for audit sampling.
Your Profile
- You will need to be a newly qualified auditor from practice.
- Exposure/Experience with IFRS 15 Revenue Recognition is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
