At an insurance group which has both a great reputation in the market and for staff development, a new role has been created within their group finance team. This broad and progressive role will include responsibility for
- Being a key member in managing the monthly close process
- Group reporting including managing the accrual and prepayments
- Managing interco recharge process
- Working with senior finance leadership to improve, migrate and automate their accrual process
- Reconcile intra group balances and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
- Heavy involvement in a variety of finance improvement projects
You will be a finalist or recently qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) gained within practice or industry. Ideally you'll have gained this experience within the insurance market or wider financial or professional services.
