An excellent opportunity exists for a part-qualified or finalist accountant to join a high-performing team in a well-established and expanding insurance group.
The role has been created due to company growth within the group finance function, making it a key position for timely and accurate monthly close processes.
Candidates ideally should have experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or a Big 4 environment, with a focus on managing accruals and prepayments.
The position involves preparing quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and collaborating with senior finance leadership to improve and automate processes.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates are expected to have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.

This is a key role within the team and will be a critical resource to ensure a timely and accurate monthly close
Managing the Accruals and Prepayments process
Preparing Quarterly Balance Sheet reconciliations
Working with senior finance leadership to improve and automate their accrual process
Involvement in a variety of finance improvement projects
