Financial Controller/ Finance Manager

In2 Consult is collaborating with a luxury hospitality company in their search for a seasoned Financial Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take the lead in a vibrant, evolving environment and make a meaningful impact on the company's financial direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting month-end profit and loss statements
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors
• Assisting in the development of budgets and financial forecasts
• Overseeing cash flow management processes
• Leading a small finance team and providing strategic guidance
• Reviewing and approving purchase orders and expense reports

Qualifications:

• ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified
• Previous experience in the Hotel, Hospitality, or Events industry
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Demonstrated experience in Accounting and Finance
