With a hybrid working pattern and a competitive package, this role offers a great balance of responsibility, flexibility, and career progression.The RoleAs Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. Working closely with the Finance Director and key stakeholders across the business.Your responsibilities as the Financial Controller will include:

Overseeing monthly management reporting and statutory reporting requirements.
Ensuring a smooth and efficient external audit process.
Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Providing project profitability analysis and commercial finance support.
Driving improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting.
Ensuring compliance with IFRS accounting standards (US GAAP experience beneficial).
Managing tax filings and regulatory reporting across relevant regions.
Leading and mentoring a finance team, ensuring their growth and performance.
Supporting strategic decision-making with financial insights.
Collaborating with external banks and internal legal teams on project financial requirements.
Deputising for the Finance Director as needed.

To be considered for the Financial Controller position, you must be:

Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in a similar role.
A strong leader with experience in managing and mentoring finance teams.
Skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Knowledgeable in IFRS (US GAAP experience is a plus).
A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
