You'll provide expert advice on complex transactions, oversee international tax compliance, and support strategic initiatives. - Overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Providing expert guidance on complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, SaaS licencing, and international tax compliance.
- Driving process improvement, implementing robust internal controls, and optimising financial operations.
- Leading due diligence, integration, and post-merger accounting activities.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks.
- Developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS, international tax, IFRS, US GAAP, and ASC 606.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (preferred).
