Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading drinks business to recruit a Financial Controller.

Since their launch 15 years ago the business has grown significantly and now operates in 6 different countries. They have ambitious plans to continue to expand through innovative products and targeted marketing.

The successful Financial Controller will report directly to the COO and be responsible for the production of monthly and annual accounts, running the Audits and leading a small finance team day to day. This is a hands-on position and will require the successful candidate to prepare the accounts themselves. In addition to this the FC will provide commercial support for non-finance stakeholders.

The role offers either a salary of £80-90k plus benefits. The office is in West London (Chiswick) and hybrid working if offered (ideally 3 days in the office and 2 WFH).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Production of Monthly Management Accounts
  • Budgeting and Forecasting for the business
  • Management of 4 staff (2 London based and 2 outsourced employees in India)
  • Year End accounting for UK and International business units
  • Development of Financial Processes and Systems
  • Analysis / Business Partnering to support business decisions
  • Assisting with a refinancing process

Candidates applying must be professional qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with recent hands-on experience as a Finance Manager / FC.
