- Play a key role in the monthly management accounts process by analysing spending, comparing it to the budget and prior year figures, and recommending adjustments as needed
- Partner with counterparts outside of finance to enhance their understanding of financial reports and to deepen the finance team’s insight into their departments
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting entries in the group’s General Ledger within the required timelines
- Assist with external audits and year-end closing for the group entities
- Must be fluent in French
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent planning abilities with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a management accounts role
- Experience supporting multi-property organisations
- Proficient in technology, particularly Excel; experience with Sage X3 is a plus
