Robert Half are exclusively representing a mid-market private equity firm with a search for a newly qualified ACA, to become the Fund Accountant.
This is a newly created role working with a successful and impressive Finance Director, who is growing their team out.
About:
The company are fast-growing business based in Mayfair that have just released another large funding round for investment. This is a permanent position with a flexible salary and strong benefits package.
Preferred Profile:
- Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA) 2023/2024.
- Either from BIG 4 or Top 10.
- Strong / dynamic personality.
- Ideally audited Financial Services clients. Strong preference for Private Equity.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Fund
- Ensure all financial information and reports are reviewed and accurate
- Annual audited and quarterly financial statements
- Co-ordination and oversight of fund flows and related investor communications
- Management of fund flows on acquisition and exit of investments
- Fund accounting, administration, legal, investor relations
- Deal facilitation including co-ordination of internal and external parties
- Liaise with external parties to ensure smooth day-to-day fund operations
- Assistance with investor queries and preparation of investor materials
- Oversight and management of the investor portal
Corporate
- Review of monthly management accounts and annual audit
- Assistance with budget preparation
- Firm cash flow management
