A brilliant opportunity has arisen for one of the UK's primary charities for an interim Group Financial Accountant to join their financial accounting function and provide support over the year-end period, on an initial six-month contract. This important position will pay a competitive daily rate of up to £500/day depending on experience, and will take a lead on the Group Consolidations for the various entities and subsidiaries of the organisation. It is a hybrid role, with one day per week required from the Central London offices.As the Group Financial Accountant your role will involve:

Leading on consolidating the charity year-end accounts with the various subsidiaries
Integrating the various functions including retail and royalties
Prepare the accounts from end to end including balance sheet, consolidations and the notes to the accounts
Reporting on restricted funds
Acting as a lead contact for the annual audit

Be able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
