Group Financial Controller

Radley Green is partnering with a truly international business to recruit an experienced Group Financial Controller into a newly created role.

This role will report into the Finance Director and will oversee the full Financial Accounting and reporting team, work on the implementation of controls and processes and deliver the consolidated group accounts in a timely manner.

This is a critical role and will play a big part in driving performance across finance and in a growing, global business.

This is a 12 month contract to start ASAP and will pay £120k-£140k plus bonus. This role is 5 days a week in the office in Central London.

The responsibilities will include:

• Managing and develop a large Financial Reporting and Accounting team of 15 people
• Review and development of all general ledger processes
• Working with Finance Director to develop and manage all financial controls and processes.
• Play a role in all systems developments and process improvements.
• Involvement in year end processes
• Work on a multitude of financial projects during the overall financial transformation
• Play a key role in year end Audit, Year end processes and multiple finance projects
• Manage the implementation of a new ERP system
• Act as the Technical accounting specialist

The role requires:

• A technically strong Qualified Accountant with a background in managing, and motivating, large teams
• Extensive Financial Operations experience
• The ability to communicate effectively and manage change.
• Experience managing the implementation of ERP systems
