The Role

- Financial Reporting Leadership: Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance with IFRS standards, and timely delivery.
- Audit and Compliance: Manage external auditor relationships, ensuring compliance with IFRS and navigating complex accounting challenges.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing, geographically dispersed team, spread across multiple time zones and regulatory environments
- Process Optimisation: Drive improvements to financial systems and processes, enabling scalable reporting solutions to support the business's growing international footprint.
- Acquisitions and Integration: Lead the seamless integration of newly acquired businesses into the financial reporting process, ensuring smooth consolidation and financial management across the global group.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with FP&A and Corporate Finance teams to ensure clear understanding of financial performance and alignment with strategic goals.
Your Profile
We're looking for an experienced Interim Financial Controller with a deep understanding of consolidation, technical accounting, and audit. You should have the following attributes:
