Your New Role
Looking for a qualified finance professional (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with industry experience who is looking to make their next move in industry as Head of Financial Accounts. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Ownership for the Company Balance Sheet and all reconciliations.
- Consolidation of company cashflows.
- Submitting VAT returns.
- Sales and purchase ledger reviews.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Ensure company financial systems and processes are robust, compliant, support current activities and future growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Fullly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with post qualification experience.
- Proven experience mentoring and coaching junior team members
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A sense of humour will also go a long way!
