The IBA Executive will be viewed as a subject matter expert within the Insurance Broking Accounts department. You will be recognised as a specialist who can be relied upon to provide support across the IBA function. As a referral point, you will be a key contact for the team, wider Business and external stakeholders and be expected to handle the majority of queries, providing guidance and coaching to others.
Overview
- Work on own allocation of work across one (or several) of the below areas:- Credit Control- Cash Application- Insurer Reconciliation/Bordereaux- Bank Reconciliation- Client Money Calculations
- Management of own portfolio of accounts/insurers, ensuring all key activities completed for your area of responsibility
- Provide support and guidance to less experienced members of the team.
- Provide support to the IBA manager and act as a first point of contact for queries and escalations.
- Support process enhancements, IT integration, audit requests and ad hoc projects.

- Strong understanding of IBA functions from an insurance background.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
