An exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will be joining one of the most innovative and expanding businesses operating in the Lloyds and global insurance markets.

The IBA Executive will be viewed as a subject matter expert within the Insurance Broking Accounts department. You will be recognised as a specialist who can be relied upon to provide support across the IBA function. As a referral point, you will be a key contact for the team, wider Business and external stakeholders and be expected to handle the majority of queries, providing guidance and coaching to others.

Overview

  • Work on own allocation of work across one (or several) of the below areas:- Credit Control- Cash Application- Insurer Reconciliation/Bordereaux- Bank Reconciliation- Client Money Calculations
  • Management of own portfolio of accounts/insurers, ensuring all key activities completed for your area of responsibility
  • Provide support and guidance to less experienced members of the team.
  • Provide support to the IBA manager and act as a first point of contact for queries and escalations.
  • Support process enhancements, IT integration, audit requests and ad hoc projects.
